To reduce paper wastage, we do not include an instruction sheet with your order, but you may use the following link for the instructions to assemble your crib mobile hanger :)

Shipping and Delivery during the COVID19 pandemic
We are still making and shipping all orders within the given timeframe of 3-5 business days for most items and 1-3 business days for felt balls etc.
Domestic delivery:
There are delays across the Australia Post delivery network, there may be 5-7 days of delay and slightly longer for rural areas.
International delivery:
There are delays due to limited flights, hygiene, social distancing and the high volumes of shipment. Packages may take about 30 days to be delivered after the dispatch date during the pandemic.
It is normal that scan updates may not be immediately available on the tracking website during this busy time. Things are moving very slowly and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Cancellation during the COVID19 pandemic
If you wish to cancel your order after your order's been shipped and is on the way to its destination, a refund of the item cost can only be processed when your package is either declared missing by the courier company after an investigation into it, or when it's been received by you and then returned to us. All international packages are insured, therefore any compensation will be decided by the shipping company when they are confirmed as "lost in transit".
If the item is not deemed "lost in transit" but is just taking a while to be delivered due to the pandemic, a cancellation is not valid and a refund will only be processed when you return the item to us after receiving it eventually (on the basis of a change of mind or faulty item).
